Year 5 have had the most fantastic day learning about life at Tudor Court, seeing where Henry VIII wined and dined and enjoying the Georgian gardens at lunchtime. The gift shop was pretty fun too!
They explored the magnificent Great Hall, walked quietly along the Processional Route so as not to awaken the ghost, viewed Henry’s personal chapel and enjoyed using audio guides down in the kitchens. They are all very tired from walking around the stunning grounds filled with spring flowers; the sun certainly shone for them this afternoon.
Thank you everyone (especially the volunteers) for such a superb day.
