A rare opportunity has arisen to join Lordswood School.

We are looking for:

 A teaching assistant with recent experience of working within a primary school setting

• Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Have GCSE English and Maths at grade A – C or equivalent
• A high level of written and spoken English
• Experience of SEN interventions
• High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
• Commitment to supporting staff and pupils in raising standards
• Excellent organisational skills
• Keen to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• An effective communicator.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to participating in the wider aspects of school life such as special events

Grade: SCP Point 4 – 10 (£13.28 - £14.83 per hour) £26,016 - £28,608 FTE (£17,449.92 - £19,486.62 actual salary)

Hours: 30 hours a week, term time only – initially fixed term for one year
