Year 5 have been studying life cycles in science. These include mammals, birds, insects and amphibians. While studying amphibians we visited the pond to see what we could find. We found a few frogs, a small amount of frog spawn but hundreds of tadpoles. At the moment they do not have back legs so we will re-visit in a few weeks to see how they have developed. Hopefully it will be a little warmer and sunnier by then!
