Year 5 have had a fantastic day out in Greenwich. They enjoyed expert workshops with astronomers and have taken a journey around the solar system at the planetarium. They stood in the East and the West (and in-between, along the Meridian), gasped at the amazing telescopes and saw where the astronomers used to live. The London skyline blew them away, and we managed to dodge the rain until the final few minutes. Thanks everyone for a great day!
