Back in September, Cherry Class were inspired by the Royal family because they had learnt about the new King and Queen as well as the other members of the Royal family. They imagined what it would be like to be King or Queen and spoke about what jobs they’d have to do. They looked at some videos and pictures of the Coronation and Buckingham Palace. The children were so enthused by the topic that they decided to write to the King in the hopes he would reply.
Well today, their wishes came true; Cherry Class were very excited to receive mail from the King. What a memory to have!
