Today we gathered, with the rest of the Griffin family, at St Giles church in the Barbican. We were privileged to take part in the Griffin Children’s Chorus celebration of carols. This is the first time this concert has happened since COVID-19 and we are all thrilled to see the proud tradition start again.
We started early, travelling on a very smart coach, into central London. After a long rehearsal we had a quick wander around the Barbican before getting into our seats ready to start. The children sang their hearts out and we are very proud of them all, especially as they had given up their lunch hours to rehearse – learning a wide variety of difficult songs.
Our Griffin Chorus are fantastic, showing all our values and Mrs Burdett was a proud lion; not just watching them sing but watching them be super respectful throughout the day. They are all true superstars.
