What a great GAF week we have had so far! The children in Year 5 have embarked on their London GAF experience and are having a brilliant time doing the various activities.

The children in school have continued to learn about their artists, recreate amazing art pieces, learned songs and created family board games. What an amazing time!

Year R have continued to explore Steven Brown. The children took part in a ‘How to draw a McCoo’ drawing workshop, creating their own McCoos. The children also explored using bright colours and combined it with the love of the outside and create some beautiful bespoke pieces of art.

Year 1 have been inspired by James Rizzi and created their own city landscapes using human like features.

Year 2 have been exploring different mediums in the style of Andy Warhol

Year 3 have been exploring the technique of pointillism using a variety of tools and mediums. They shall be annotating their artwork explaining what they liked and which was the most effective.

Year 4 have been working in their GAF workshops. Half have been learning a song to perform with signing for the GAF picnic and half having been creating landscape watercolour paintings in the style of Pieter Breugel. šŸŽØ šŸŽ¶
