This year marked the first time National Numeracy Day had an official theme — Money — and we embraced it across the school with enthusiasm and creativity!
From exploring the value of different coins in our early years, to solving real-life money problems and planning imaginary shopping trips or exciting days out in the upper years. Children had the chance to build their confidence with numbers in fun, practical ways and there was lots of excitement and learning along the way.
A fantastic day was had by all!
