The third day of the Griffin Sports Festival brought together children of all ages for an unforgettable celebration of energy, teamwork, and athletic spirit. The sun shone brightly as the school grounds echoed with cheers, laughter, and the unmistakable sound of enthusiastic competition.

Energy levels were high from the very first whistle as children took to the pitches for an action-packed dodgeball tournament hosted by the amazing coaches from Next Gen Sport. Fast reflexes and clever tactics made for thrilling matches, with everyone gathered around to cheer on their friends as they dodged, ducked, and dived their way through fierce rivalries.

Alongside the competitive events, the festival grounds offered plenty of light-hearted fun. The towering bouncy castle, also provided by Nex Gen sport, proved to be a massive hit, providing endless entertainment and giggles for all the children. Meanwhile, a series of cooperative team games led by Strive PE encouraged participants to work together, fostering fantastic camaraderie and community spirit through fun relay races and challenges.

The basketball courts also saw non-stop action throughout the day thanks to the visiting coaches from Kent Crusaders. Children showcased their skills with impressive dribbling, sharp passing, and spectacular hoop shots. Friendly games allowed everyone to test their abilities while encouraging newcomers to join in and experience the thrill of the court.

Organisers expressed their delight at the turnout and the overwhelmingly positive atmosphere that has defined the festival so far. With sportsmanship and community at the heart of every event, Day 3 has set a wonderful standard as everyone looks forward to the final events of the festival tomorrow and Friday.
