Today, KS2 were treated to a fabulous workshop from ex-pupil Maisy. Maisy, who is studying forensic science at university, explored with the children their identity and how DNA and fingerprints are collected, analysed and used for criminal cases.
The children were in awe of her fantastic knowledge and thoroughly enjoyed studying their fingerprints, the DNA and fingerprints of suspects and learning just what makes us unique. Thank you Maisy for a fantastic time!
