The Griffin Science Symposium kicked off today – how exciting! The entire school showed up in their space-themed attire, setting the stage for an fantastic assembly led by Mrs Taylor-Ray. She detailed the lineup of events for the week, sparking anticipation and curiosity among the pupils.
Following the assembly, each class dove into a rocket experiment. From mice rockets to straw rockets to balloon rockets, and even Alka-Seltzer rockets for the older pupils, everyone was fully engaged in hands-on learning. The day was filled with scientific discoveries, thought-provoking questions and the development of new skills.
It’s been an incredibly fun and stimulating day and we can’t wait to take part in the rest of the week for the Griffin Science Symposium 2025!
