Lordswood School Olympics 2026
On Wednesday 30th September and Friday 2nd October, you will have the
chance to participate in 15 different Lordswood Olympic events against your
child. How many you choose is up to you! Who will be crowned the best hula
hooper? Who will score in the penalty shoot-out? Which one of you will get
closest to the bullseye in archery? So many activities to look forward to!
The Timings….
Wednesday 30th September – 2 – 3pm – Years 4, 5 and 6 on the KS2 playground.
Friday 2nd October – 2 – 3pm – Years 1, 2 and 3 on the KS2 playground.
To participate in these activities, you need to buy tickets and these will be available to purchase on the day with cash, please note we are unable to give change so please bring the correct amount. Each event is one ticket and tickets cost 50p each, with the option of 5 tickets for £2 or all 15 events for just £5! All money raised will go towards enriching activities for the children throughout the year.
Children who are participating will need to wear PE kit to school on that day, collected from their usual door from 2pm and can be taken home when the event finishes at 3pm. Unfortunately, staff are unable to take out children whose parents cannot make it – they will remain in class to complete a different activity.
