GST Oxford Finals

Following our recent success at the regional GST sports games (that took place at Lordswood on 26th March) we are pleased to inform you that your child has been selected to represent Lordswood at the GST National Sports Finals in Oxford on 18th June.  We would be grateful if you could please complete and submit this google form by Monday 3rd June.

Children will need to be in for 6.45am via the reception doors as we shall be leaving promptly at 7.00am. PE kit, black or navy track suit and trainers should be worn and whilst most of the activities are indoors it is also suggested that a coat and change of clothes are required.  If your child takes any medication (i.e. asthma pump) please ensure they have this with them on the day.

As we are leaving so early we are unable request packed lunches from the school kitchen.  Children will require a packed lunch, snacks and sufficient drinks for the day (non glass bottles).  Additionally, if your child suffers with travel sickness please ensure that they have a tablet before coming into school and one in a named envelope for the return journey.

If your child brings a phone with them this will be left at the office and collected on their return to school.

It is anticipated that we shall back in Lordswood by 5.00pm though this is traffic dependent.  Parents will be updated via Teacher2Parents and social media if there are any significant delays.
